| Gender: Indifferent. Age: 26 and above. Schedule: Full schedule availability. Academic level required: High School diploma.English level: Advanced, Required +75%. Software: Ms Office. Experience: 3 years of experience. Skills: Knowledge of MySQL, knowledge in Windows 2008/2012 (including Active Directory), Knowledge of CISCO Contact Centre Technologies and infrastructure, Knowledge of monitoring tools. Understanding PBX/ACD Functionality an advantage. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Excelent presentation. | ||
