Be responsible for the sales target. Determine the customer requirements or needs. Develop project for meet with customers needs. Develop and meet the sales goals (Market, opportunities, market place, goals). Prepare for coordinate the preparation of proposals and quotations. Negotiate with the customer the project scope and price, as well as the commercial terms and conditions. Monitor and collect information regarding the competitors.

Bachelor or above, major in commuications engineering or related field is preferred. Telecomm business savvy, experience in telecommunications field is a must. Able and willing to work under pressure (meet deadlines). Understand client's organizations and their purchase cycles. Strong communications & presentation skills. At least 5 years experience in telecommunication industry. High English proficiency. Team spirit. Be able to travel in Central America Region about 25% of the time.
