Descripción del Puesto:	Novartis Guatemala is looking for a Business Information Manager (BI). Understand the environment of the business area being supported (strategy, objectives, capabilities, processes and organizational structures) to facilitate work between business and IT. Gather and understand requirements and add value to the decision making process following Novartis methodology.

Requerimos
Minimum Education: University degree on Computer Science, Information Management or related. Fluent in English (written & spoken) and spanish language. Experience: Four or more years on Project Management skills. Two or more years of experience on Business Intelligence projects/tools. With direction and support of Account Management facilitate discussions to help business anticipate future needs and opportunities that ensures the best Decision is taken in the process. Work with Account Managers to raise new projects proposals and mandates. Support definition of the business case for projects. Conduct assessments of processes and data to detailed requirements. Work with Application Management and business lead to investigate and define solutions that deliver business value. Provide strong contribution to the business lead as they prepare for implementation of new systems and introduce or drive change in an organization. In production system environments, contribute as needed to assessing requirements for software upgrades/ version releases and ensure alignment with business processes or contribute to their evolution. Support Application Service Management in assessing causes or trends in change requests. Manage small to mid-sized projects.
