| Descripción del Puesto: | Job Summary: You will be part of a team responsible for delivering technical solutions within and around the Salesforce platform to clients. In this role, you will work to automate and optimize business solutions in a scalable manner. Your responsibilities will include Salesforce development, requirements gathering, Salesforce configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work alongside Consultants, Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy solutions all while learning and growing your skillset. | Developer Responsibilities: Customizing Salesforce logic using Apex code, Developing Aura and Lightning Web Components, Building test classes using mock data, Building flows and triggers, Implementing Salesforce configuration as per design documentation, Prepping and loading data into the Salesforce system, using various data loading software, Creating project documentation in preparation for, during, and following client meetings, Actively participating and collaborating in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training, and to meet end-user needs, Utilizing applicable business knowledge to support client needs, Providing leadership to support the Torrent business as well as other Torrent guides, Utilizing Torrent’s project management practices throughout the life-cycle of the project, Identifying, managing and escalating project risks and issues appropriately. Analyst Responsibilities: Translating business requirements into a salesforce data model and supporting configuration, Implementing configuration tasks per direction from project lead, Executing both written and verbal communication to the client, Demonstrating salesforce solutions in a way that is consumable for clients, Building Salesforce configuration to support system integration requirements, Collaborating with project teammates to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements, Assisting with the analysis of bug fixes/issues. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong ability to translate business requirements to code, Ability to utilize best practices in project work, Superior organizational skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver your message to varied audiences, High level of comfort with a fast-paced work environment and ability to adapt to changes in processes or company culture, Must be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and able to adapt to changes in processes or company culture, Quick learner; must be able to learn new computer applications quickly, Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environment. Education and Experience: Advanced written and oral English proficiency, Basic configuration, project documentation experience, Knowledge of object oriented programming (.Net, Java, Python), Relational database experience (SQL), Javascript experience a plus, Integration experience a plus (Experience using REST/SOAP APIs), Salesforce certification(s) preferred: Salesforce Administrator/Platform App Builder/Platform Developer I, Proficient experience working with Google suite preferred. | ||
