| Descripción del Puesto: | Be responsible for the project implementation asa a representative of the company and a coordinator between the company and customer in the project implementation phase. To prepare a project plan and project budget, coordinate appropiate allocation of human resources, manage and supervise subcontractors, perform engineering, implementation and ensure to achieve the project objectives. To prepare detailed organization structure and responsibility matrix, assign appropiate taks and responsabilities to the team members, establish a project management system and training plan; carry out performance evaluation for each of the team members. | |

| Requerimos | ||
| Bachelor or higher degree in Telecomunications, Electronics or Computers Engineering. At least 5 years relevant working experience in Telecom project management. The Telecomunication project experience, especially GSM project experience is better. Knowledge requirement: GSM, UMTS, CDMA, network knowledge, BSC function and commissioning knowledge. Willing and able to travel frequently. Strong team building and management ability. Excellent oral and written English. Good communication and negotiation skill. Willing to learn and a team-player with an ability to work under pressure within light schedule | ||
