| Job Description: As a Field Engineer: You will lead software integration and installation at Customer sites. Provide a technical support and solution for application functionality. Working on a multi-platform system (windows UNIX/ Linux Oracle Database). Interact with other teem member, Customers, Project Manager, Customization Development Teams and QA. Required skills: Minimum 1 year experience and Knowledge of SQL queries, Working Experience with Windows 2003 /Windows 2008, Windows XP/7. Basic experience with UNIX/Linux Environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Languages- English/Spanish - Must, Portuguese - Advantage. Other desired skills: Minimum 1 year experience with Oracle databases and SQL tools, Experience in Unix Administration (Sun,Hp)-Advantage, Experience with software installations, An understanding of Telecommunication (T1, E1, Basic ss7) -Advantage, Ability to learn and apply new technologies. The qualified candidate should preferably have a college degree in Computers or communication or equivalent experience with excellent written and oral communication skills, Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. | ||
