Responsibilities: Responsible for improve customers satisfaction. Accomplish the service sales targets.
Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in communication engineering or related is preferred. Telecom business savvy, prefer 3 years experience in telecommunication or related industry. Strong relationship management skills in business environment. Strong problems and requirements management skills in business environment. Strong communications & presentation and inter-person skills. Understand client’s organizations and their purchase cycles. Able and willing to work under pressure (meet deadlines) in a very competitive and multicultural international company. Fluent English (written, spoken, read). Be able and willing to travel in LA, any time if necessary.
