| Bachelor or above, computer or related major is preferred. The Telecommunication project experience, especially GSM project experience is better. GSM- UMTS - CDMA network knowledge. BTS hardware installation and commissioning knowledge. BSC function and commissioning knowledge. Fluent oral and written English. Willing and able to travel frequently. | |
