Statement of purpose: The primary role of the position is to facilitate implementation of projects and ensure that the projects have clear goals, objectives and deliverables while delivering outstanding results, are completed on time and within budget. Summary of essential job functions: Evaluate, lead and document activities that are a part of the Project Implementation. Develop and maintain project plans while executing tasks on time and within budget. As a member of the PMO Team, collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver tasks and goals in line with the overall project deliverables. Develop clear process documentation per defined PMO Methodology and strive for continuous improvement of processes and efficiency. Mitigate/escalate issues that may adversely influence projects. Work closely with Client teams while remaining the Point of Contact through Project Implementation cycles.
Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience): Bachelor’s degree. Should have relevant work experience in the call centre industry. Proven implementation expertise would be preferred over specific function expertise. Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioral]: 3-4 years relevant project management, consulting or process reengineering experience commonly gained in business professions. Change management skills: Ability to interact and positively influence stakeholders. Strong communication skills (written and oral) and Effective at developing creative/innovative solutions. Ability to lead change, work cross-functionally, and to learn quickly. Good problem solving skills, bias for action, decisive, strong time management skills. Exhibits candor by encouraging open discussion of issues and sound judgment after listening and understanding the perspectives offered by others. Externally focused, willingness to travel internationally (long-term, short-stay). Experience dealing with U.S. personnel over phone preferred. Must be adept in MS Office .
